Becca Williams-Thomas

I grew up in a small town south of Bluffton and moved to Fort Wayne to attend college at IPFW while starting a career in logistics. After I obtained my bachelor’s degree in business management and climbed the ladder in my logistics career, I began dabbling in real estate as an assistant to a residential inspector in 2012. Within a couple of months, I realized I wanted to learn more and started studying under two successful agents while forming The Tippmann Team.­ ­ Having the management experience in the logistics field helped develop my skills in communication, attention to details and multi-tasking, which also helped grow my real estate into the full-time career I wanted to establish before having children. Now that I have both, I love the flexibility of being a Realtor so I can enjoy spending time with my toddler or getting together with friends, all while devoting time to my clients and their goals!
