Becky is a gem and goes up and beyond for her clients! She made it simple in a time where I was completely overwhelmed, was present throughout the entire time, sought answers for me that I simply did not have the energy for, and is absolutely amazing at her job. We've worked with Becky to buy two separate homes. Each time the experience was fantastic. She's great at helping find what you're looking for, and is very knowledgeable about the area and what is available. She's very quick to respond and is efficient with our time, helping set up tours and information about properties. I've always felt like I was priority one with her and I could trust the information and advice she'd give. There's no one else in town I'd consider working with to buy a home.

Becky is a wonderful realtor. She made my whole experience in selling my home stress free. This is one of the things needed from a realtor in the process of selling a home. She had very good communication with me and I felt validated when she answered my questions as well as my concerns. As first time home buyers we knew we needed someone who would be there with us every step of the way with a lot of patience. Becky was absolutely fantastic, she was quick to respond, always available for showings, very communicative, and open to changes in what we were looking for. No question was too small or silly to ask, and she was always very willing to help and share her experience. The constant changes in the market caused homes to come on and off the market extremely fast, prices to change, as well as our budget. Becky was extremely flexible, understanding, and on the same page as us the whole time, she was just as dedicated as we were to finding the right home for our family. Becky was incredible! I worked with Becky to first sell a property and then to buy a property afterward. She was knowledgeable and super supportive every step of the way. She came highly recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I went with her. On several occasions she helped me out with various "home" related tasks when I was remodeling the property I was selling and I was so grateful to have her support. In addition to doing her actual realtor job well; she doubles as a home buying advisor, a property manager (knowable on rental situations home repairs and the best local businesses if you need to contract out work).

She will do whatever it takes to make the selling and/or buying process go smoothly and she does this like a rock star as she combines her knowledge of the real estate with her fantastic people skills. She is always quick to respond and will make sure nothing falls between the cracks during time-sensitive phases in the process. Her title and lending team are also fantastic, so I recommend going with them to make the smoothest possible experience. Everyone (including myself) that talked with her during the selling and buying process spends time with her felt like she was their friend. If you want to make sure you get the house you want or sell your home (or both) hire Becky; you will be so glad you did, and probably be inviting her to your Christmas party as well!

Becky was great with helping me sell my house. She was very patient and informed on everything. She helped me find movers, plumbers, heating companies and a handy man. She was very attentive to my needs and worked around my schedule. After showing my house for less than a week we had a buyer over the asking price. I would recommend her to friends and family.
