Outstanding!!! We found Becky of B L Reality Inc through an internet search. Her reviews were glowing, and she lived up to all of them. Becky is seasoned professional that clearly knows the Grand Valley market and how to skillfully navigate all facets of a real estate transaction. She took us all over the Valley – Palisades, Grand Junction, Clifton, Fruita, and even a little out to Montrose. She never blinked, masterfully scheduling showings on a moment’s notices. Of course, I suspect she was less stressed when we gave her a little lead time – but you couldn’t tell. I highly recommend Becky – you won’t be disappointed. P.S. She’s got a great sense of humor.

This is the second house we purchased. First time working with Becky. Our experience was amazing! Becky explained everything fantastically. We never felt pressured or pushed into purchasing a house. When we found the house we wanted. Becky answered all of our questions and made the buying process extremely easy. Becky is very knowledgeable of the real estate industry. Anytime we had questions Becky was just a short text or call away.

Becky is the BEST. She made sure I knew what was happening and what my options were. She is so willing to listen to her client. For me the willing to listen is HUGE.

My property did not sell immediately - who knows why in this market. Becky help open houses, kept me updated and helped me with rejecting a low offer and negotiating the sale.

Becky worked with us to make sure that we had the opportunity to make the best decisions in regards to selling our house. She understood the market, she understood our needs and she answered every question we had. We sold in 2 weeks at a price that was above what we truly expected but was fair for both parties even in this constantly changing market. Becky really knows what she is doing!
You can find her name all over town not only on the properties she's sold but also at sporting events, school activities, and events that support so many other great causes I can't list them all. This is because Becky and her team support the whole valley. The B.L. in the name isn't just a reminder to Be Local, it shows you that she and her team are here for their community. Though maybe she should change that to Big Love because her love for her work and her community really show in what she does.

My experience with BL Realty was excellent. Becky was extremely helpfull explaining every aspect of the sale process and available for questions even after business hours. She really set a standard in my opinion. Not many realtors will help with touch up painting in her free time. Thank you Becky, I wish I had more homes to list with BL Realty!

Becky handled both our sale and purchase of a new home.. Becky is very attentive, listens to your wants and needs and works diligently to find the right fit. She is informative and does a fantastic job of explaining each step in the process from beginning to the end of closing. Becky managed to coordinate closings on both so that we weren't homeless. Becky Lee is a fantastic realtor. All through the process of showing us homes, and giving us the detailed information that we needed about the homes was top notch. She was very helpful in making a contract offer on our home that we wanted, and she listened to us and paid attention to detail in making an offer that was accepted right away. Becky Lee is the only realtor we trust and she (or someone at B. L. REALTY) is the only realtor that we will ever use. We are first time home buyers. We have tried other realtors and they were just out for the money! One disappointing thing I had happen before I first met with Becky is: I went to see one woman realtor for the first meeting. I told that realtor that we wanted a single-family, stick- built house. We didn't want a condo, townhome, modular or anything else. After calculating the income numbers, she said, "I have a condo for sale..." With a dumbfounded look I left that high dollar office trying to figure out how they pay for all of it when they didn't pay enough attention. We were lost and had so many questions when we went to see Becky. She kept us calm and answered all of our questions. Even questions we didn't think about until we left our appointments with her. Becky helped us and gave us support, patience, honesty, and so many, many hours of extra work that she didn't get paid for through all of our income issues for several years. She just wanted to help find us a home, not just a house. Becky will only help you find the RIGHT home. She won't rush you into buying a home that isn't right for you. She is always happy and smiling. Becky works hard and gets her work done quickly for you. She listens, is very intelligent hard working, driven for her clients, and has: high morals, complete knowledge of buying and selling houses, lots of patience and understanding for her clients. If something or someone isn't right she will inform her client to protect them. These things are what we see that lead her everyday. Becky knows a lot of great people in every facet of the home buying/selling world that she likes to work with. They are all like her and just want to find the client the right home in the clients right price range, like they did for us. They are all very patient and will take all the time you need to answer all of your questions. One such person Becky likes to work with is Debra Pace- senior home loan specialist at Academy Mortgage. Becky and Debra are the perfect team. They work great together. Another thing that happened to us before we went to see Becky for the first time, we had a man home loan officer from a different mortgage company in town. After we met with Becky, she worked with him for us and discovered that he wasn't doing his job right. She informed us of what he did and we asked her for a recommendation for someone else. Great to work with, I had moved out of state and there were some issues that had arose with the sale of my home, Becky was quick and responsive to help me get those issues resolved as quickly as possible. She kept me informed in every aspect that I needed to know all the way from showings to inspections as well as kept me up to date on all feedback from the showing. She did a very nice job and would suggest her to anyone buying or selling a home.

I can’t say enough about Erinn. When you want to take your hands off the wheel and let someone else drive you call Erinn Adams. In ever aspect of buying and selling she performs at a very high level of professionalism. Very knowledgeable and ALWAYS has your best interest in mind... not her bottom dollar.
