Ben Cherrington

I was born and raised in Grand County where my family owns a ranch and has very deep roots dating back to the 1930's. In 2001 after graduating from Middle Park High School I attended Boise State University where I earned a degree in Exercise Science and had a successful wrestling career. Following a 6 year stint in Boise I moved to Northern Colorado where I was the Head Wrestling Coach at the University of Northern Colorado from 2007-2014. In 2015 I decided to jump into real estate full time as it would allow me to continue to serve others but also pursue some other passions and interests. I have always enjoyed helping people move forward and improve in one way or another. Real Estate allows me to advise, mentor, and help individuals and families with their real estate goals whether that be purchasing their first home, selling their first property, or exploring the idea of generating long-term wealth through real estate investment. Honesty, transparency, a tremendous work ethic, and a belief in doing things right has allowed me to help well over 100 families and individuals with their real estate needs. Each real estate transaction has different challenges, but my experience, and knowledge gained over the years gives me the ability to handle just about any issue that comes up. My extensive experience paired with my knowledge of the Grand County area allows me to navigate this market ensuring that my clients are well-informed and able to make great decisions throughout the buying and selling process. When I'm not with my clients, you can find me spending time with my wife, Katie and my two children; Caden and Addy, cage side coaching one of my professional fighters, coaching high school and youth wrestling, or escaping on my mountain bike to the miles of trails that Grand County has to offer.
