Known for his ability to form relationships, Dr. Benjamin Merrill brings his approach to building a culture of trust to real estate. Dr. Merrill has lived and worked in the Treasure Valley for over a decade. After graduating from Boise State University with a degree in History and a lengthy career as a classroom teacher, Ben decided to apply his experience and skills to the administration of public education. A lifelong learner, Ben has earned a Master's Degree; then, he achieved the highest possible degree in education, a Doctorate in Educational Administration with a focus on improving opportunities for at-risk learners. Ben has been a vocal advocate for education by speaking at countless national conferences and by writing for several education outlets.

In 2014, The Idaho Business Review recognized Dr. Merrill as an Accomplished 40 under 40 Award recipient.

Ben's professional background in education which includes working with families for over seventeen years provides him a first-hand experience that many agents don’t have. While attending one of his daughter’s dance recitals or watching one of his son’s sporting events, Ben repeatedly marvels at the pleasure children find in a community that serves its youngest members.
