About Ben

As a second-generation realtor, Ben has grown up surrounded by Realtors, Real estate Investors, home construction and renovation. Ben started working in the construction and real estate industry in 1996 while attending the University of Missouri. In 2000 he began working construction full time, building new homes for investors as well as custom homes for individual clients. He purchased his first investment property in 2003 and has continued to acquire single and multi-family residential and commercial real estate into his portfolio while personally managing his own and investor-owned properties. This first-hand experience has led Ben to know the real estate industry from all sides.

Ready for a change, Ben traveled the country searching for a new place to call home. After only one month in Austin, he began selling his properties in Missouri and made plans to move to Austin full time. Ben’s vast experience in both real estate sales and the construction process allows him to have valuable expertise in all aspects of building, purchasing, leasing, managing, renovation, selling and owning properties. His years of personal experience as a successful investor and his proven system of market analysis has made his client base one of repeat business.
