Benazir Gutierrez

Benazir Gutierrez (Benz) is a bilingual Realtor in the Houston market. She moved from Mexico City to Brownsville, TX in 2010 and in 2016 graduated from UTRGV with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. In 2017 she moved to Houston and fell in love with the diversity of the city. In 2020 she decided to obtain her real estate license and help families find the perfect home to create great, everlasting memories with their loved ones. She specializes in helping first-time home buyers and families relocating to Houston not only from Mexico but other Latin American countries. Whenever she’s not assisting her clients, she enjoys staying active and exploring Houston’s vibrant restaurant scene, museums, and cultural events.
