Benjamin Correa

My name is Benjamin Correa, a California native for 35 years. I was born and raised in Long Beach, California. I worked as an emergency medical technician for 10 years; I became a licensed vocational nurse for 12 years, working in acute care, as a treatment nurse, and now a hospice nurse. In helping the general public over the years, I have gained excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have empathy for their situation and understand their
needs.

Real estate became a passion over the years; I purchase my first investment property in the housing crisis of 2008. A family friend would lose their home, and I decided to get involved; now it’s been 13 years, and our relationship has been grown strong. In 2015 I lost my father to colon cancer; I co-signed for my mother’s house and kept the family home alive. Now, I’m on my third purchase and understand the current challenges of today's housing markets.
