Ben has a passion for real estate in that it allows him to help people achieve their biggest hopes and dreams. Ben has always been a "people person," having spent three decades in the hospitality industry easing the minds of customers and helping them through whatever journey they were on in life. Now that journey focuses on one of the biggest dreams for most…homeownership and navigating the real estate world.

Previous to real estate, Ben was instrumental in creating a successful and unique vibe of Evanston's first brewery as manager of Temperance Beer Co.'s tap room. Ben helped create processes, negotiated with vendors and the City of Evanston and managed one of Chicagoland's fastest-growing breweries. With a background as an extremely successful entrepreneur along with a lifetime in customer service, Ben has developed and mastered the skills that translate into a successful real estate agent, guiding and nurturing each client with ease to facilitate complicated real estate transactions.

Ben is a lifelong Evanstonian and Chicagoan, having grown up in Evanston and now currently owning a home in Rogers Park. Ben is a true local and knows the area as well as anyone. Save for a few blissful years on the beaches of Waikiki, he's lived here his entire life and loves to share that wealth of local knowledge with clients.

Ben has always been intrigued with the concept of "home" and loves seeing how people make a space their home. Ben's passion for real estate is apparent through his excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly approach. For Ben, design shows a homeowner's personality. In addition to his personal design sensibility, Ben's experience in residential light carpentry gives him the tools to help his clients assess the feasibility of manifesting their visions.

Ben is proud to be a member of the Tsoukalis/Livatino Team and the Scott Stavish Group. Being a part of this team is an especially meaningful homecoming, since he's known most of these incredible people since childhood. Ben is backed by the experience of The Scott Stavish Group, which has been involved in over 600 transactions, totaling nearly $350 Million in sales in over 20 years of business.



In his free time, Ben enjoys golfing, music, Cubs games on the radio and spending time with his family and friends. He looks forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals.
