Benjamin Haywood

Inspired by his first job as a teenager, hammering “for sale” signs into frozen front yards across the Greater Boston Area, Haywood knew right away that he was cut out for the world of real estate. While majoring in Management at U. Delaware, Haywood returned home during summer breaks. By the age of 20, he had his license to sell and hit the ground running! After graduating in 2007, Haywood held his first full time gig with Otis & Ahearn. In 2009, he sold the very first resale at the Mandarin Residences in Back Bay. Since then, Haywood has conducted over $175MM in sales and developed a couple properties of his own. The reason for his success is simple "Be honest, provide the facts.
