We had a great experience selling our cabin with Bernadette's expert guidance. She gave us an in-depth review of all comps and helped us come to a reasonable asking price. Her marketing skills are exemplary, and her knowledge of valley economics comes from deep personal experience. She helped us push through a rough spot when the buyers asked to close at an earlier date, and was there for the closing on a Friday morning. We rate her a six out of five stars. Bernadette has a very unique way of selling real estate. It felt like there was no pressure at all, but we were always well informed, even of things that hadn't even occurred to us. She took the time to get to know us and made her recommendations accordingly. She's very nice, but more importantly, a true professional. This was a big, big deal in our lives, and Bernadette made it happen. I strongly recommend her as a real estate agent if you're buying or selling in the San Luis Valley!

Fantastic service! We stopped by on a Fri afternoon on holiday weekend to see if there were any property lists were available as we visited Southfork. Bernadette found properties that matched our needs, printed information packets, and then spent several hours showing them to us. She answered our questions (including an honest assessment of the obstacles to building on the properties). While we ended not choosing the offerings, we are sold on using her as our agent should we later decide to buy in that area. Super helpful and responsive - highly recommended!

Bernadette is an absolute jewel. She shared our excitement with us when we bought our new home! She lined us up with a reputable company for some remodeling projects, and has kept up with us on the progress ever since... she has definitely been with us every step of the way....such a genuine person with a genuine interest that I have really grown to enjoy so very much!
