All I can say is wow. Buying a house during such hard times with the pandemic and also being 6 months pregnant was terrifying. I can not thank Bernadette enough for all her hard work and dedication. I walked into this process thinking it just was never going to happen and I would be looking at house after house after house with not achieving anything. I looked at a total of 10 houses and then I found the one. I truly believe this would’ve never happened this fast if it was not for Bernadette. She took all my anxiety and hesitation away with just a few simple words and that helped more then anything. She was by my side through this entire process even with any paper work that had to be competed. I will for the rest of my life be thankful for her and I for sure will be reaching out when I plan on moving again in the future.

My husband and I are so grateful that Bernadette was by our side as we looked for our first home! As new homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Bernadette was at the ready to answer them and was so responsive at any time of day. She helped us to navigate the harder parts of looking for a home (like being outbid on your first one) and persisted with us until we found the one. We really appreciated how intuitive Bernadette was - we felt like she understood who we were and what we needed very quickly. We also appreciated that she was never pushy - if we saw a place that didn't fit us, we moved right on to the next one. Bernadette tailored everything to us and what we needed, and did so with so much patience. On top of all of this, we appreciated just how warm and funny she is - she is just a wonderful person all around. I would recommend Bernadette to anyone and have already been telling my friends to work with her when their time comes to look for a home.

Bernadette is honestly incredible. My partner and I started the process of buying our first home in the summer. A friend-of-a-friend recommended Bernadette, and we are so grateful for this. Bernadette guided us through the complications and stresses step-by-step with expertise, professionalism, and humor. She was always there to help us answer questions and solve problems, and she kept us up to date throughout the process, responding within seconds on every issue and anticipating stuff we never thought of.
