Excellent, honest, reliable Agent. My brother was having medical issues and decided to put his vacation/rental property in Kissimmee on the market. He asked me to contact the agent who sold him the property and get him to list it. Since I was clueless about the whole thing, I had to rely on Mr. Scarpa to walk me through the process. He explained the comps and suggested a fair price for the property. Within two weeks we had two acceptable offers. Since we live in Maryland, he handled everything from listing to closing.
The sale went through without a problem and I appreciate Mr. Scarpa’s honesty and constant communication and accessibility. I highly recommend Mr. Scarpa for anyone who is looking to buy or sell property in Florida.

Bernard was fantastic to work with even being out of state! Bernard was great, he showed us what houses we wanted and went above and beyond, we viewed the house we bought just as a hurricane was hitting and we evacuated home. Bernard went over to the house after the storm and did a video walk through with us to show us there was no damage before we put in our offer. We are looking to possibly do investing in the future in this same area and will 100% use Bernard if possible.
