Excellent, honest, reliable Agent. My brother was having medical issues and decided to put his vacation/rental property in Kissimmee on the market. He asked me to contact the agent who sold him the property and get him to list it. Since I was clueless about the whole thing, I had to rely on Mr. Scarpa to walk me through the process. He explained the comps and suggested a fair price for the property. Within two weeks we had two acceptable offers. Since we live in Maryland, he handled everything from listing to closing.
The sale went through without a problem and I appreciate Mr. Scarpa’s honesty and constant communication and accessibility. I highly recommend Mr. Scarpa for anyone who is looking to buy or sell property in Florida.
