Bess is a dedicated REALTOR® who combines her love for the industry with her passions for constant education and high client service. Bess’ extensive knowledge base in residential sales, income property, land sales bank owned/foreclosure sales and commercial along with her high ethical standards and practices and excellent representation of her clients, allows her to completely believe in what she does, which translates to being a very strong listing broker with the skills to help buyers realize their investment dreams and sellers maximize their profits. Among her many designations, Bess is a Certified Expert Negotiator (CNE) allowing her the ability to confidently and strongly represent buyers, sellers and investors so they reach their investment goals. As a veteran in the industry and a perennial top producing REALTOR® in the Eugene/Springfield area, Bess is consistently in the top 5% of sales associates locally. Before getting into the real estate business, Bess owned a restaurant, was a vendor at Eugene’s Saturday Market, was a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and an herbalist. After achieving the title” Licensed Real Estate Broker” in 1995, she continued to reach her potential and serve others outside of real estate by becoming a Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT), teaching diving in Cozumel Mexico, and a becoming a Certified Birth Doula (CD), along with volunteering on local boards such as Dance for a Reason and Doulas Supporting Teens. Bess’s greatest accomplishments have been building a successful real estate company and practice over the last 23 years with her solid business partner and loving husband. She finds great joy spending time with her adorable grand daughters and is honored to be here to watch them all grow into strong and amazing individuals.
