Beth Blevins is a fifteen year veteran real estate broker and former securities advisor and former bank branch manager with over twenty years in corporate America. She has been a top producer and award winning agent since 2003. Beth is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) as well as a Broker Price Opinion expert (BPOR) . In 2012 Beth was awarded by her peers, Realtor of the Year by the Central Carolina Association of Realtors. Beth is a multi-year recipient of Charlotte Magazine’s “Five Star Realtor” for excellence in client service, property scouting and seller marketing strategy. She is the current Chair of the Legislative Affairs Committee leading housing advocacy and RPAC fundraising for Central Carolina Board of Realtors and is a former National Association of Realtors Federal Political Coordinator for District 8 Congressman Richard Hudson.
