We have worked with Beth Clapper and Jeff Brown both as buyers and sellers and could not have been happier with the experience. When searching for a house, they were extremely knowledgeable about the area and the houses we were seeing, and were patient and accommodating throughout our search. When it came time to sell, our house sold quickly, and Beth and Jeff made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They hired a professional photographer and made sure that our listing was superb quality. They were accommodating of our work schedules, kept us informed at every step of the process, and were attentive to our needs. When offers came in, they helped us get the best value for our home. Beth and Jeff were fantastic to work with and we cannot recommend them highly enough!

The realtor team of Beth Clapper and Jeff Brown were nothing short of fabulous! They exceeded all of my expectations in a realtor. They would provide information on new listings that fit my wish list, and also would get me showing appointments as soon as I said I was interested in a home. Beth was very helpful in putting together competitive offers. Jeff and Beth offered to remove a train table (very large I might add) in my basement after my closing, and the made good on their offer! Jeff even did some handy work in my attic to cover some vents. They both checked in on my after my closing, and have checked on me and my house projects. I believe I have made some new friends! Thank again, Beth and Jeff! I'd recommend you both!
