BEST experience we ever had with a realtor! We have only had negative experiences in the past with Realtors but Beth redeemed our faith in realtors (and humankind in general!!!) She was awesome. 1. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market, was very honest with us. 2. She spent countless hours trying to help us get our house on the market. She balanced the need for the house to show well with a need for us to control costs in getting it ready. 3. She was very patient. We were not easy (I'll admit) because of the previous realtor experiences we have had. She could have easily bailed on us, but hung in there...was patient and kind to help ease our concerns. 4. She represented our interests well, again while helping us negotiate a buyers market. I would not hesitate to recommend Beth to anyone who needs to sell their house. She is top notch in our books!!!
