BethAnn is simply the best. A native of Spokane, she sold us our first house here in 2014, and just sold that very same house, while finding us our new home that we love. Her recommendations re: price, staging, etc were exactly on target. Our house sold in two days at over the asking price and closed in two weeks. There was never any fuss about paperwork or anything. We wish there were 10 stars available, but Beth actually deserves 20 stars! She is a constellation all of her own. Everything you would want in a realtor, Beth has and MORE! Pick any category and Beth has it to the MAX! We had no idea how competitive the market is in Spokane and it was only through Beth's incredible expertise that we ended up with the house that we both love. We live in Connecticut and needed to buy long distance. To us, it seemed nearly impossible to buy a house without seeing it, but Beth became our eyes and shepherded us through every step. In spite of the time difference, she responded instantly every time.
Beth always had resources available to handle any situation. When it came time to make an offer, Beth advised us how to structure the offer so that we were successful. She walked us through all the remaining phases. Besides her professional skills which are "off the charts" her personal qualities are extraordinary. And her personal warmth and caring are very sustaining through the complexities of the whole process. We would recommend Beth in the highest possible terms! We wouldn't have our new home without Beth. And for this, we are deeply grateful.

The two of them provided great referrals for top notch contractors, painters, & carpet cleaners, which was worth its weight in gold, both buying and selling. The current real estate market moves extremely fast requiring immediate access to your real estate agent. BethAnn is highly responsive and always accessible. Our transaction period included BethAnn's long-planned vacation and even during that time she was accessible and working on our behalf. BethAnn was an aggressive advocate for our priorities as buyers which is what we needed in order to stand out and land the property we wanted. Even after closing, BethAnn has continued to serve us by following up on the items agreed upon in closing terms but not yet delivered by the seller.
