Hi, I’m Bethany! With over 15 years of experience in new home construction sales and 4 years in the mortgage industry, becoming a Realtor® was a natural next step—and I’m proud to be part of the Coldwell Banker Realty family.

As a longtime Dublin resident, I bring deep local knowledge and a genuine passion for real estate, especially new construction.
