My wife and I needed to find a home in a very short period of time. Bethany asked me to give her a list of exactly what we were looking to buy and what price range.. Bethany went straight to work and in a short time , she had already made up a list to show me. having a great personality, and a professional attitude, does wonders. On top of that, Bethany, knows her job and knows the market. We were never left in the dark about anything, she showed houses I wanted to see and she was very informative. After one hour of being with her, It felt like we had known her for a long time. One year later, we repeated the same thing, moving my mother- in- law down to Myrtle Beach, we had a short time again to find my mother in law a home before she close on her existing home. Bethany was there to rescue us and she, as did before, pulled it off in less than a work week. Bethany did her job, found the right house, exact same expertise as before and couldn't have gone any smoother.. I highly recommend Bethany Cornelison, because My wife, my Mother in Law, and I, are proof of two homes we purchased within fourteen months and Bethany handling both homes, and both homes closed flawlessly. Bethany works for you, not around you..

Bethany was always pleasant and upbeat from the time I contacted her to sell my condo to long after (2 years) when I needed help getting a document. She is always willing to help and her expertise in real estate guided my wife and I through the sales process with ease. She listened to our desires and was able to sell our unit for the price we wanted. Bethany kept us informed as the unit was shown and offers made. I may have the opportunity to buy in the Myrtle Beach area again and I will definitely call Bethany.

I initially made contact with Bethany’s Cornelison of Re/Max Southern Shores through a listing she had January of 2018, although this property wasn’t the one I ended up purchasing, I found her to be knowledgeable, timely, diligent, patient and above all not pushy, she is the type of agent if it doesn’t work out this time, then it might the next!

Definitely my type of sales person, this is how I treat my clients, being a sales person in the automotive industry, customers will come back to you or refer others to you if you treat them well and are patient.

December of 2018 I returned to Myrtle Beach and reconnected with Bethany, she found my new home for me and after a couple of viewings, a purchase was made, to this day I am pleased that it was Bethany who was there to assist me, I would highly recommend her.
