Bethany was AMAZING in our search to find a home. She made sure to take her time to really understand our wants and needs in order to finalize the purchase of our very first home. With the market being as crazy as it is, she worked with us the entire way through and was quick in her response with all important matters. We felt supported throughout the entire process. She found our dream home that checked all the boxes. When we were in escrow she checked in constantly to make sure everything was okay on our end and made sure we didn't miss anything. It was so great working with her!

TLDR: Bethany is an amazing realtor who will deliver TOP VALUE for your home while creating the most enjoyable selling experience possible!

Now for the details: I hired Bethany because of her local knowledge, consistent communication and her business strategy. Interviewing several agents before hiring Bethany, most of them focused on the pizzazz of marketing.

Bethany focused on the sale and post-sale experience, and what it would take to create maximum value from negotiation to escrow to closing. Her strengths in those areas were how I got the highest price per square foot in the neighborhood, while keeping my costs low, and danced with Bethany at closing!

As a first time seller, I was quite anxious (like you might be right now). Selling can be an insane experience, but Bethany's incredible care, compassion and wisdom constantly kept me sane.

I've worked with Bethany on multiple deals, buy and sell side. She is professional, exceptional, and most importantly trust-worthy. I have closed every deal with her feeling like it was transparent and all parties were happy with the outcome.

In the current competitive market, she has worked above and beyond expectations to get me into my current home, and I am really grateful for all her efforts. I have gone into every offer more confident with her on my side, Bethany even closed a property that wasn't originally for sale!
