Betsy helped us to find (what we hoped) to be our forever home in Missoula. We loved our home, but when work brought us elsewhere, she also helped us secure buyers for our home in a difficult to navigate market. We reached a deal that we were all happy with, thanks to her negotiation as well as her connections with other services in town. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Missoula area!

I’m very impressed!! Betsy was excellent to work with. I’m a broker in another State and rarely see someone work as hard as Betsy did. I was the buyer in Missoula (techincally without a broker) and Betsy represented the seller. Betsy was fair, responsive, thoughtful, helpful, smart, knowledgeable and nice too. She is a skilled negotiator. She was focused on representing her client well and simultaneously making sure that the unrepresented party (me) got what was needed to make the deal come-together and stay-together.
