Betsy Morse

Betsy Morse grew up in Roseville and graduated from RAHS in 2000. J-term of her freshman year at University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, she went to school for her real estate license. Her mother, Sherri Morse, was a licensed agent and asked Betsy to get her license to help her clients over the following summer while she went on a mission trip for a few months. It was in that time that Betsy fell in love with the job and serving clients.

Betsy graduated from UWEC in 2004 with a business degree in marketing and worked for Coca-Cola for a year when she was in a serious snowmobile accident. She had a long recovery and that is when she decided that life is too short; do a job that can be loved! So, she quit at Coca-Cola and joined her mother full time in real estate at Edina Realty. Betsy and her mother worked side by side for 17 years before her mother passed away unexpectedly in 2021. Her mother taught her everything she knows about the business. Most importantly, put clients first and focus on their needs.

Betsy decided to switch real estate companies in March of 2022. She needed a fresh start after her mother's passing and wanted to work with a full-service company that shares her values of putting the clients first. Coldwell Banker in Highland Park was her perfect fit. After 21 years of experience (17 full time), Betsy has seen it all in the real estate market over the years and has sold hundreds of homes in her career. Her experience and knowledge in the business is a great asset as well as her go-getter attitude. She loves to help her clients sell and buy all around the Twin Cities. She is here to serve her clients.
