She was very quick to make appointments to view homes and is very proactive. Have us great advice when we ran into some troubles with homes, but eventually found a PERFECT home for us and kept her promise that we’d find one in only two months. She has a beautiful personality too and was always open to any questions and led us all the way to make it possible for us to buy our first home. Thank you Betsy!

Having Betsy as my real estate agent was more wonderful than words could describe. I was with another real estate company for 3 months and we weren’t able to get a single good offer that I was satisfied with. Afterwards, Betsy reached out to me and offered to be my agent. Meeting with her was great and she was very clear when explaining her various strategies, including stuff like online marketing and staging. Getting my house ready for viewings was a surprisingly simple process since Betsy handled almost all of it on her end. I had no expectations for the first day of showings, but I was ecstatic when Betsy had told me that we had multiple great offers just from the first day of showings. Betsy guided me through the whole process and helped me weigh all the options that we had. Once we decided on an offer, it was smooth sailing from then on. Anytime that I had a question, Betsy was quick to answer at anytime, even my excessive late night phone calls. The house sold faster than I imagined it would, and it was with an offer that was more than we were hoping for!

I would recommend Betsy to anyone who is looking for an amazing agent. Her being able to sell our house in literally 1 day of showings just speaks for itself. The amount of effort she puts into communication and selling the house was impeccable. I can’t say anything bad about the process, the situation couldn’t have went any better.

Betsy was very friendly and patient. She answered questions I would repeatedly ask over and over again without getting annoyed. She wanted to make sure I understood and was comfortable.
