About Beverly

Beverly Savelli demonstrates a rare combination of strategy and execution while always being engaging and professional.
Real estate is in her blood. She comes from an entrepreneurial family that has included real estate business owners since the 1960s and spans rental properties, commercial buildings, and brokerages — both residential and commercial. By age 15, when she helped her sister study for her real estate exam, it was clear where she was headed. Beverly added psychology and acting majors to her checklist and worked for a major airline before she realized her true passion was helping people empower themselves through real estate.

She quickly adapted to the fast-paced, competitive nature of the San Francisco market after moving her business from Georgia in 1998. Her success was bolstered by the transparency with which she served her clients, which further facilitated a respect and trust that lasted well beyond transaction close. Understanding her clients’ often unspoken needs, goals, and aspirations and employing a think-outside-the-box strategy created a loyal clientele that spans generations and earned her the catchphrase, “Truly. Exceptional. Service.”

Beverly is continually honing her skills through specialized training, earning her designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI); Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®); and Certified Luxury Home Market Specialist (CLHMS). She also holds the Masters Club designation, is a Premier Agent with Zillow, and in 2020, was ranked in the top 5% of agents in Northern California by HomeLight, who also honored her as a Top Negotiator. Over the years, Beverly has worked on Cartus’ relocation team and has been bestowed such distinguished awards as the Sterling, Diamond, and President’s Clubs within her previous company, as well as their No. 1 top agent award in 2020.

Beverly leads an active lifestyle with her son and miniature dachshund, Olive. She meditates regularly and is a certified reiki master. She loves anything outdoors and can be spotted walking Olive, biking, or hiking various trails. Beverly has a long list of charities that she has supported throughout the years and gives back by donating her time and a portion of each transaction to such great causes as Habitat for Humanity as well as those benefiting children or victims of domestic abuse.
