and producer numerous times. He has been involved in thousands of transactions over the years and is currently licensed as an agent in California/Hawaii, broker in Washington and a developer in Oregon. His
past experience includes the development of the Master Planned Community of Willow Brook Estates in Albany, Oregon.

He brings to you 40+ years of experience working with beginner investors, to experience
multiple 1031 exchanges, FHA/VA and portfolio building.
