Bill was our real estate agent when we decided to look for a new home, We were apprehensive because we had been in the same home for 26+ years. Bill sat down with us discussed our current home, what we could expect to get for it and explained the process of selling a house. We were also looking for a new home, we told Bill what we were looking for and our budget, Bill found many homes that fit our criteria, we was always available to show us houses and took the time to answer any questions we had. Bill Gaddis is not only an excellent real estate agent, but also a great friend. Bill always looks out for his client's best interests: whether if it's a sale, buy (and sometimes rental) transaction.
