Bill and I recently worked on two transactions together. It was a tricky situation as my buyer was contingent upon selling their current home before they were required to close on the house Bill listed. Bill and his team were very responsive, professional and despite the headwinds of recent rate hikes by the Fed, we managed to finalize both transactions. While Bill may effectively be a "competitor" sine we are both agents, he deserves a lot of credit for helping pull off a complicated transaction. My buyer is thrilled with their new home.
