We just finished purchasing our first home and I have to say Bill Salvatore was great. We had been looking for a home to purchase over the last 2 years and during that time we had worked with 2 different real estate agents before we found Bill. The previous agents seemed indifferent to our needs and seemed more interested in other clients than in helping us find the right home for our family. Bill was extremely helpful and really put our needs first. He was patient with our questions, and the mortgage company that he referred us to (Imortgage) was really easy to deal with and very friendly. Bill took all the things we were looking for in a home and a community and set up an automatic email system that sent these home listings directly to our email address. And no matter how many homes we picked out Bill was never too busy to make time to show them all to us. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend Bill and his team to anyone looking to purchase a home. I can not thank Bill Salvatore of Realty Executives Team III enough for his excellent assistance in finding and helping me through the purchase of my new home in Arizona. Thanks mostly to him I will no longer be a snowbird, as soon I will be leaving snowy and overtaxed (to death) New York State for beautiful and sunny Arizona. I recently made a trip to Arizona to visit my father, who moved there from New York about 23 years ago. While on vacation I had the privilege of meeting Bill Salvatore. On April 7, 2009, Bill took me to look at six homes in a price range that I could afford, four of which were located on a golf course subdivision, a dream come true. By the end of the day I had submitted an offer for one of the aforementioned homes and less than two days later was informed that the bank had accepted my offer. Today is April 29, 2009, a mere 22 days later, and I am preparing to move to Arizona, as I was notified by Bill that the closing went through today without a hitch. It has long been a dream of mine to move to Arizona upon my retirement. Thanks to Bill Salvatore I am realizing that dream 14 years earlier than planned. Nothing more needs to be said, but I'll say it anyways. Bill Salvatore is a true professional. I was treated with, and I further believe that he treats all of his clients, with the utmost respect. If you are looking to buy a home in Arizona, I seriously doubt that you could do any better working with any other real estate agent. Dear Bill, Today we finished closing on our new home. Funding was yesterday, but they needed to record the documents in person at the clerk's office. Jeanie, Ashley, and I want to thank you so much for helping us with our home purchase. Initially we were a little intimidated with the size of the Phoenix metro area, and with the multitude of choices available to us. We appreciate your willingness to set up the internet searches for us, and to guide us through all the nuances of buying a home in today's complicated market. Your patience with us, especially in going with us in our vehicle and waiting while we got Ashley in and out of her wheelchair is a blessing to our family. I met Bill Salvatore through my family. When it came time to look for my first house I called Bill. Upon meeting with him I knew he would be the right person for the job. His attention to detail and genuine concern for my needs is what makes Bill Salvatore stand out. He set up a custom house search criteria with all the characteristics and location requirements I wanted. I received daily emails with new houses to the market that met those criteria. I found the house I bought within one week of meeting with Bill. Bill Salvatore is an amazing realtor. He set up meetings around my schedule to visit houses and fill out paper work when it came time. He clearly explained the entire process to me in easy to understand terms. As a first time home buyer, it can all be very overwhelming if you don’t have a realtor that can take the time to explain everything to you. Bill took that time for me. He walked me through each step; setting up the house criteria, looking at house, making an offer, accepting an offer, what to expect during the inspection, helping me work with my mortgage company and the title company, and many other important tasks. To whom it may concern: We are writing to express our great pleasure with real estate agent Bill Salvatore who represented us in our purchase and sell of a single-family home. We hired Bill in 2004 when the market was very tough for the buyers. Bill guided us through the whole process of buying a house; loan prequalification, searching of house and closing the deal. But Bill was proactive in hot market he was quick to know about the recent houses in the market and show us these houses as soon as are in the market. But the 2004 was a really difficult market for the first time home buyer it need more than just a realtor who know the market it need someone who can convince and make the seller more attentive and attractive to the first time home buyer offer. Bill help us in making our offer and make it stand a way a head from all other people mostly investors who were trying to get into the phoenix market. My experience with Bill was so great, that I call for his help when I tried to sell the same house I was moving out of Arizona because of job change. This time the market was so tough (2007) for the sellers. Bill was quick to convince me that I should lower my price, he actually gave me a very good estimate of the real value of the house thing we the seller did not see or didn’t want to believe that the market is going down. I listen to all his advice and I sold my house in less than 3 weeks, where others waited for more than a year. At the end I made considerable amount of money from this transaction. In early August 2009, I contacted a realtor on a house that I was interested in purchasing. This would be my first home and I did not know what to do or who to talk to and basically was in the dark about the whole process. Well I contacted Bill about the house he was selling and he suggested that we meet at his office and go over a few things about home buying. This proved to be very informational for me and I learned quickly what to expect. Bill had shown me that house and a couple others before he asked me if he could represent me as a buyer’s agent in my home buying. I really liked that he was not pushy up front or throughout the whole process and let the situation develop naturally. He was very professional and personable. He was also very upfront with me on what to expect and I thank him for that. The home I bought was a short sale, which took approximately five and a half months to close, but through that time Bill was extremely helpful with any questions and concerns I had. He was consistently keeping me in the loop and asking me if I had any problems. Bill was really helpful and I do not think many people would be able to tolerate how impatient I can be. Bill also suggested a broker, which I did not have one lined up already, and his name was Tom Fallos at iMortgage. I could not be any happier with the work Tom did for me. I had a very complicated loan and Tom was so fast at getting the loan application submitted and approved, twice. I can't thank Bill Salvatore enough for helping me find my new home here in beautiful Arizona. When I first met with Bill, I told him I was hoping to find a home in a certain price range, but that I had had no luck so far, and didn't think it was going to be possible. Everything I had previously looked at was either someplace I didn't want to be, in a state of disrepair, or both. Bill asked me to give him a couple of days and he would take me out to look at some homes he felt would fit my situation. Three days later, when we pulled into the development I now call home, my initial thoughts were, what is he thinking, I can't afford any of these houses. Those thoughts couldn't have been any further from the truth, and less than one month later I closed on a house that, now 2 1/2 years later, I still find hard to believe that I was able to afford. Just three weeks after closing I packed my worldly possessions, with the exception of all my winter clothes and snow shovel, and became a resident of the Valley of the Sun. Prior to meeting with Bill, my hopes were high, but my expectations were low. Thank you Bill, for everything.
