About Bill

We pride ourselves on providing customers who are purchasing a home for retirement, for a second home, or for year-round living with personal service and knowledge of the Lewes, Rehoboth, Milton, and Millsboro real estate market. Our office is conveniently located near the beaches of Sussex County, DE. The county has low property taxes and the State of Delaware has NO sales tax. Lewes is located where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Delaware Bay and is the home of Cape Henlopen State Park, the Lewes Historical Society, and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. The quaint town of Lewes is a great destination for excellent restaurants and downtown boutique shopping. The oceanfront town of Rehoboth features a boardwalk with many dining experiences, entertainment, and unique shops. On the head of the Broadkill River, Milton has a one of the best fishing ponds in the state and is home of the Primehook Wildlife Preserve. Broadkill Beach on the Delaware Bay is only a short drive from Milton.
We will provide you with the information that you need about real estate opportunities in our area. We look forward to working with you to help you find a single family home, a condo/townhouse, or lots and land. If you have a home to sell, a no obligation competitive market analysis can be provided. We were given the “Top Listing Agents” award for the Lewes office in 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, & "Most Transactions" in 2011. We currently serve on the Board of Ambassadors for the Beebe Medical Foundation.
