Billie Jo was so sweet not only did she work hard and fairly to represent both sides she truly cared about how we were doing and checked in on us on a regular basis. Let me tell you I had tons of questions and probably ones I could have figured out myself and she worked hard to answer them all even when she had to go to the places to get the answers because they never answered the phone. She made this process very easy and I’m so happy she was placed in our lives!
