Billy was born in Germany and grew up in San Diego, Ca. He moved to Tucson, AZ where he attended The University of Arizona and studied behavioral sciences and music. He is now married to his beautiful wife Jaclyn and has a wonderful 17 year old son named Tate, a 9 year old daughter named Chanel and a 5 year old son Jagger.
