My parents owned an investment property (multi-family dwelling) in Sioux Falls and when they became incapacitated I had to step in to sell the property. I had a lot of concern because I live out of state and I'm not familiar with the local laws or with selling a property like this! I am so thankful that I found Blake - incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and constantly offering sound advice on what to do next. It would take me pages to describe all the ways he went above and beyond. And thanks to him, we were able to sell the property for asking price in less than three months! I highly recommend Blake. He’s helped me buy 2 properties now, the last one I was on a search for over 4 months with a criteria of what we were looking for. We visited many properties but nothing on the market was hitting the nail on the head. Blake and his team are top notch! We bought a home back in May 2022, which is a time when the market was still a bit crazy. He helped us put in multiple offers, but when those didn't pan out (because offers were coming in at $50k over asking), he helped us to find a home that was off-market and exactly what we were looking for. Then, we left town to sell our previous home out of state, and Blake's team took on all of the tasks that the homeowner would normally handle. They handled everything with professionalism and extreme care! It was a bit of a fixer-upper (which is what we were looking for), but Blake has all the connections we needed in order to get the help our house required. Can't recommend him and his team enough! :)

We were recommended Blake by a family friend. He was very prompt to get back to us, Garrett and I got started immediately.
