Blake spent the beginning of his career as the General Manager for his family's luxury valet parking service. Blake has drawn many parallels from his days running a valet service that specialized in operating private events at people's homes to his more recent career in selling residential real estate. Operating the luxury valet service gave Blake a vast knowledge of neighborhoods beyond the San Fernando Valley as well as taught him key negotiating and customer service skills.

Blake has vast knowledge of all types of residential properties, ranging from single family homes, to condominiums and vacant land. Blake has owned multiple properties of his own and has experience with the many phases of construction, along with a keen eye for finding all aspects necessary for a successful investment.
