Blanchard Johnson

As a Realtor of over 25 years, Blanchard’s goal is homeownership for all who dream of owning their own home. He is licensed in Iowa and Nebraska, is an active member of Southwest Iowa MLS and Omaha-area MLS, and has experience in residential and commercial real estate.

Blanchard is an Accredited Buyer Representative and a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, a designation awarded to only 4% of licensed Realtors. Recently, he earned her certification as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist from the National Association of Realtors as a way to assist homeowners facing foreclosure.
