Worked with Taylor & Bob on a recent condo purchase in Little Italy and they were a pleasure to work with.
Taylor was communicative throughout, and fought for me in securing credits from the seller, on a few things I wouldn't have even thought to ask.

Bob Adams has helped me with two real estate purchases. He was referred to me by a friend and I have since referred him to any friends looking to buy a home. Bob is an expert in the San Diego real estate market. You will know you are in good hands after your first meeting. Bob took the time to get to know me and my wife, to understand our goals and what we wanted and needed in a home. He’s also great at staying in touch with his community of clients through regular events. He’s also given me referrals for things like a handyman or plumber in my area. Once you work with Bob, you’re part of the family and that’s a great place to be.

Bob and Taylor supported me with the purchase of my primary home (2016) as well as an investment property (2021). The experience working with them on both accounts was fantastic! They're knowledgeable, friendly, available and get the job done. They'll provide a detailed market analysis, provide guidance, answer small and big questions and always have your best interest in mind. They're also very well connected in the community, which lead to a super easy purchase experience with the investment property.
