Bob Badiian

Bob or "Babak", was born in Iran and moved to the US when he was 5 years old. He graduated from CSUN with a BS in Business/Accounting. After finding out that accounting wasn't for him, he did a complete turnaround and found a career in sales. His sales career eventually led him to real estate where he found his passion in helping families build wealth. As a skilled negotiator and an honest and experienced Real Estate Consultant, Bob has provided exceptional service to his clients since 2016. Because Bob always puts his clients' needs first, Bob has a very loyal following that trust him and are glad to refer him to their family and friends. With a strict work ethic, integrity and a drive to improve, Bob is diligent in the pursuit of Excellence. Bob is married to a very supportive and remarkable wife, Kathy, for almost 16 years. He has a buddy named Bentley, which he found at an open house he was hosting in 2018. He is grateful for being able to enjoy a career where he can help his clients with their most important investment and help them build generational wealth.
