8/2023 Just completed my second transaction with Bob. Bob is not only an expert in buying and selling a home here in Colorado but he also goes above and beyond to help his clients. From moving furniture, to sourcing contractors to literally grabbing a shovel and helping me fill in the hole above the septic - he was always there for me.I appreciate Bob and everything he has done for me and my father!

Bob was the best real estate agent in Evergreen we could have asked for.  We first started looking for homes in Hiwan and were impressed with Bob’s knowledge of the intricate market details and the nuances of different streets and areas.  After a while we got used to him saying “I sold that home.” As we drove around and he gave us a lot of confidence that when we found the right home we would know the home’s value accurately because of his comprehensive experience. Ultimately we chose a home in the Ridge and were in a bidding war against several buyers for a great home.  Bob was able to accurately guide us in how to structure our offer.  He leveraged his relationship with the seller’s agent along with his market knowledge to make sure we were the best buyers for the seller.  Bob’s negotiating style is comforting as we saw him working hard and communicating effectively to find solutions that work for everyone.  We won— and it turns out we beat higher offers!  We’re so happy to be part of the Evergreen community—thank you Bob!”

One cannot say enough positive things about Bob. Bob is obviously not your average agent, from his knowledge of the market, shrewd negotiation skill, and unwavering integrity. Bob repeatedly demonstrated that our interests were top priority, even when it might run counter to his financial interests. When we first interviewed Bob to both find a new house and sell our existing house, we stressed that we would not be easy clients with our list of conflicting requirements. We proved to be challenging clients, but Bob stuck with us and we landed in a house we love and we sold our old house quickly and efficiently. We believe that Bob is the best in class representation in both listing and marketing as well as negotiating on the buy side. We really appreciated how Bob guided us to take advantage of the super strong sellers' market when selling our house but effectively avoiding the same dynamic when buying the new house.

We had initially listed out home for sale the previous year and the agent just wasn't able to get the job done. We asked Bob to sell our house for us and he got the job done and in no time at all. I met Bob after seeing one of his listings on Zillow in the Evergreen area. We talked via email, then on the phone. His “no pressure, professional, calm” attitude was an instant likable trait. Because of the pandemic, Bob took me through a virtual tour of the house I liked. Then, when I was able to visit, he toured homes with me maintaining social distancing and ensuring safety by wearing a mask and gloves at each residence. After seeing the home I virtually toured, I did not have the “comfortable feeling” I usually get when I walk into a house I want to buy. So, knowing what I was looking for from our initial chat over the phone, Bob recommended another property in the Evergreen area. The viewing was not pre-scheduled, but the sellers were willing to let us see it at the last minute. That property turned out to be “the one.” Bob was extremely patient during the whole process. He listens to what you want and draws on his experience in real estate, he points you in the right direction. Bob is supremely knowledgeable of Evergreen, Colorado and surrounding areas. I am very pleased with the outcome. Bob has my highest recommendation. And he is great person on top of it!

Bob was great. He was the seller's agent about five years ago and he was thorough. I made note that I would use him if the time came. Recently he sold two homes for me and was my agent for purchasing my new home. Bob navigated multiple issues extremely well on both sales showing his depth of experience and knowledge. We enlisted Bob to work for us after a friend’s house sold in a day with three offers. We saw how he coached them regarding the pricing and presentation of their home to the public. It worked – we were Sold!
Then came the virus and we were uncertain of our timing. Bob began a weekly call to us in order to update us on the foothills market and the new rules of selling (showings/open houses). This attention was extremely helpful to us in moving forward with confidence. We continued with our plans, which included moving out and staging.
Lastly, Bob discussed the sales price with us. He guided and counseled and listened. We, together, settled on a price. Bob brought Buyer and Seller together during this virus time in a smooth and easy manner handling all of the details of buying/selling in the foothills. His communication continued to be informative, encouraging, and timely.
We couldn’t be more satisfied with our selling experience. We couldn’t be more delighted with Bob Maiocco. He’s the best!

There are not enough words to say how wonderful Bob is. Not only did he get our house sold in one weekend, we had multiple offers and came away above asking price. He was so patient and kind with our many timeline changes. If you are selling in the mountains, Bob is the resident expert and his marketing is completely on point. We were so grateful we chose Bob to sell our beloved, quirky little mountain home.

John and I selected Bob Maiocco to be our Realtor when we decided to put our home on the market in late Spring of 2019.

His photographer and videographer are of the highest quality, not only in the presentation of the photographs and videos, but also utilizing the latest marketing technology, 3D and virtual tours through the house. Bob’s extensive use of multiple Social Media sites to advertise our home, in addition to the standard real estate online sites, resulted in maximizing the advertising even before the Open House was held, three days after it was listed.

Bob told us we would get a lot of traffic through our home at the Open House. From feedback we received from his office and our neighbors afterward, that was a vast understatement. The result was that we received multiple offers within hours of the Open House ending that Saturday, and by 9 PM that night, we had accepted one of the offers.

We enthusiastically give Bob a rating of 5 out of 5. He told us what he was going to do, he did exactly what he said he was going to do, and the outcome was what we had hoped for. We know there are many fine realtors in the area, but personal experience is what we value above all else and we would not hesitate to recommend Bob.
