Bob Nastasi established the company in 1994 and since then A to B has been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry including Loans, Real Estate Sales, and Property Management. Owner, Bob Nastasi has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1985 and a Real Estate Broker in the state of California since 1992. Bob started A to B in 1994 mostly focusing on purchase and refinance loans. This business quickly expanded into Real Estate Sales with hundreds of properties sold over the past decade. Eventually there was a need to service investor clients and Bob decided to further expand his services by forming A to B Property Management.
