He worked in developing & implementing many of the global, regional & local marketing & training programs. Bob’s local branch offices consistently ranked in the top percentile nationally with Presidents Elite & Premier office designations.

In 2007 Bob & his wife Debbie Merlo opened their own Real Brokerage, Coast & Valley Properties. Their focus is on assembling a hand-picked group of experienced Brokers & Realtor Associates each with a unique entrepreneurial spirit, unequaled passion & dedication in helping clients realize & achieve their individual goals.
