What started as our dream, Calla Walker made it a reality. My husband and I were uneducated first time home sellers starting the process of selling our home and moving across 3 states. We aren't young anymore. Calla helped in every conceivable way and made the process as stress less as anyone could ask for. Even with a few normal hiccups, she took care of us 100% and then some to the very end, and I mean the very very end. She even found us a realtor in the state we moved to and helped us look for a rental till we are able to find our forever home. She went so far as to call us after our move to see that we we're settling into our new life. She truly is the best of the best and words cannot express our gratitude for all the work and help she put into making our dreams a reality.

If you’re looking to buy or sell a home near Denver, Bob is the one to go to. From day one he was by my side to help me narrow down my criteria and share his expertise. You can tell he’s been around real estate for a long time which was important for me as a first time homebuyer. His communication was fantastic. Buying and selling a house is usually a very stressful moment in one’s life. Fortunately, Bob made this process very easy. We bought and sold our house in record time, and Bob took care of all the little details. He kept us informed during every step along the way. I had a great experience using Bob Schenkenberger to sell my townhouse.
His personalized service saved me thousands of dollars in real estate commissions. He was reachable by phone and responded promptly to questions. He was able to make changes I wanted after my listing was posted on the internet..
The townhome was sold a reasonable amount of time.
Closing was seamless and went smoothly. Money was disbursed in a timely manner and I have not had any issues since then.
I would recommend Bob to anyone looking to sell their house and save money !
