Bob Stevens

Robert "Bob" Stevens is a 1980 MBA from Loyola University of New Orleans. He is a member of National, State of Louisiana and New Orleans boards of realtors. He is a member of the New Orleans Commercial Investment Division and an associate member of CCIM. Mr. Stevens’ career began in 1978; while attending graduate school he worked with a painting contractor and sold residential real estate. In 1979 he accepted a position with South Central Bell Telephone Company and performed corporate real estate acquisition. In 1984 he accepted a position with The Travelers Insurance Company and was the commercial investment manager for Louisiana performing both commercial lending and asset management duties. From 1988 until the opening of his own company Mr. Stevens performed property management for two organizations. As Senior Vice President he ran the operations for Westminster Management Company and later he was President of Real Estate Management Company. Both of these organizations were born from New Orleans premier office developers, the Latter/Schlesinger family and Joseph C. Canizaro respectively.

In 1985 Mr. Stevens successfully completed all course requirements for an MAI appraisal designation.
