Bobbi Godwin

Bobbi lives in the North Hill Historic District near downtown Pensacola. She has now had over 30 enjoyable years in the Pensacola, Gulf Breeze area residential real estate market as her full-time career. She loves the uniqueness of each and every transaction. She offers her clients experience and background in negotiating anything from beach condos to small cottages to big mansions to horse farms and everything in between. Bobbi’s goal is to give the best service she can and keep every transaction pleasant and stress free for her clients.

Bobbi has her broker's license and have been a multi-million-dollar producer for most of her career. She is a member of the Pensacola, Florida, and National Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors-annual Top Gun award winner and member and benefactor of the Pensacola Museum of Art. She has a B.S. degree in Education from East Tennessee State University and taught school for 4 years following college.

For many years Bobbi has worked with her partner, Jenny Smith. They have found that partnering gives double coverage to their clients - at least one of them is available at all times. Together they handle an average of 80 transactions per year, thus their experience is quite varied.
