BJ is so knowledgable in this field. Our home went on the market on a Friday morning and was pending a sale by Sunday afternoon, 4 showings and 4 offers. BJ gave us the best guide to selling our home, how to show the best qualities. She answered every question with promptness and she genuinely cared about our concerns. I would recommend her 100% to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. The fact the she is a "praying realtor" was also a big plus. It was 32 days from posting to closing. BJ is a pleasure to work with in helping me find my perfect first home. She was very prompt in reaching out to me. I told her a day that I would be able to house-hunt and that same day BJ had lined up all the houses I asked to see.

We saw five houses our first day. She gave me as much time as I needed to explore the houses, listening to all my concerns while addressing and understanding any issue I may have had with the properties. Fast forward a few days and I reach back out to BJ and ask for a quick viewing of a particular house. This timeline happened to coincide between Christmas and New Years, when most families are spending time together (myself included). BJ was willing to take the time away from her family and holidays to show my family and me that particular property.

To close, although my first house has not yet come to fruition, BJ made what some would consider a daunting endeavor of life's biggest financial decision a conquerable experience for a young man on his own. I highly recommend her.
