Mrs. Lacanlale helped me purchase my first condo Dec 2009. The experience in working with her was so helpful that Im hiring her again to purchase our 2nd property which will be a single family residence. She receives 5 stars in all areas for me and my family. Her honesty and integrity were on point and I trust her. Responsiveness was always timely, local knowledge was excellent, negotiation was phenomenal and the process was flawless. She walked me through everything step and made sure I understood everything. If you are looking to buy a home, Bobbie Lacanlale is the one we highly recommend as your realtor. She was outstanding in everything she did to help us purchase our very first condo in Sunnyvale, Ca. She is a fantastic agent and helped my family with multiple transactions in the bay area. We were very pleased with both our transactions, and appreciate all that she does for us. She is highly knowledgeable and pays close attention to detail. She does her research and comes prepared for every appointment.
