We had the pleasure to work with Christi over several months. She was very professional and relentless in finding our dream house. We had tried working with another agent and we didn’t get the warm and fuzzies. We decided to go solo and had a chance meeting with Christi. We immediately realized we had found someone whom we could trust to find our family a home. Finding a home is a difficult process and we were unfamiliar with the legal terms and procedures. Christi was knowledgeable and explained the processes and answered all of our questions. Her website was more accurate with listings than others which was also very helpful. Amber is on your side. That is how we felt since the first time we met her. Amber helped us find and secure a rental home, last minute, while we were both out of town. Amber is kind, understanding, patient and flexible. We developed a relationship with her over time which allowed us to naturally turn to her when we wanted our first home. She was knowledgeable of the Round Rock, Pflugerville and Hutto areas which was a huge help. She helped us navigate the paperwork and process (support which has continued even after the purchase), was flexible about looking at multiple options, and helped us think through the hard decisions. Amber is not pushy or condescending, instead she is respectful, a good listener, an advocate, and she is always on your side. We feel really lucky to have her in our lives and we are very happy with our new home!

Our entire experience from the initial meeting with Mrs. Alice John to the final closing of the house was a very pleasant experience. Her first and only priority was to ensure we got everything we wanted in the house and at the right price point. Let me begin with the fact that I am probably the most impossible person to please. When it comes to a home, When we first met Bobby 4 years ago he understood what we were looking for in a home. He was able to send me literally exactly what I wanted, with lots of options that fit in my budget and preferences exactly. Not only did he help me find our dream home but he also helped me turn our previous home into a rental property. Even now, 4 years later, when I have a random rental question he is ridiculously quick to respond to my questions.

A seamless and absolute amazing experience we had with Alice John as our realtor in the Cedar Park and Round Rock area. We recently bought our home at cedar park and couldn't have happened without her. She has great negotiation skills and great understanding of market conditions. With her input and market expertise, we are able to have our offer accepted beating 15 other offers and still able reduce house price by 10k with seller before closing. She always made me and my family feel like her #1 priority. Even after purchased, she continued her help to lease our house since we are remote in California. We know Alice John almost for a decade and approached her for real estate market analysis to our house. Her response is very immediate with extensive knowledge and recommendations. Amber Rodgers has been extremely helpful to us in finding our first home. Her commitment and dedication towards us has been steady through out the process. As we were first time home buyer, we had limited knowledge about real estate process and the entire process of home buying. Amber has been our hero in getting the new home delivered to us on time. Ours was a new home construction and we notified our apartment lease two months in advance. As with many new home constructions, our home was delayed by almost two months. She made the right contacts at the right time and went above and beyond to deliver the new home construction in time for us. If not for her, we would not have got the home in time. She also helped and answered our questions about various aspects of home buying i.e.., lender, mortgage, insurance, understanding documents, tips for new home, etc. She is very professional, good observer and a great listener. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Christi to find and buy a home. Christi was dedicated throughout the process and went above and beyond the call of duty time after time for me. I lived out of state and was unable to go through Design Studio for the upgrades I wanted, Christi stood in for me. I wanted to get an inspection done after my house was completed but before closing, Christi found an inspector for me to work with. Christi then helped me to identify several little defects at the Walk through. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience working with Christi. I highly recommend you work with Christi if you are looking for a real estate agent that gives top notch service and understands the home buying (and I suspect home selling) process.

We initially met with Christie in October, 2018 for a market analysis. We were impressed with her extensive knowledge and recommendations for updating the house. She kept in touch with us, but was not pushy. After completion of the work, the house went on the market early March. It sold within 6 hours for cash at the list price with no repairs and closed within 3 weeks. Thank you for making our sale so smooth, always being available and caring about us as individuals. It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely recommend you.
