I met Bobby during an open house and was immediately impressed by his demeanor and professionalism. Bobby spent over 6 months with us to find our new place. We were first time home buyers and he provided valuable information to us during the whole process. To top it off Bobby worked with us also after closing when the seller missed out on a few of his deliverables. I can't recommend Bobby enough, he is one of the best out there if not the best in San Diego. He understands your needs and works diligently towards it, never once has been pushy as a salesman and always keeps his clients requirement as his own. I will always use Bobby in future and would recommend his also to all my friends and my companies relocation company. He made our buying experience awesome.

Bobby has been a wonderful agent. I initially worked with him to purchase my first home in 2013. In 2014, my parents decided to move to San Diego after living in Los Angeles for over 30 years. The transition could have been a difficult and stressful process, however, Bobby went out of his way to make sure that the experience was memorable and enjoyable. In 2012 we were looking for our dream home in University City, and we are fortunate to have purchased our dream home. We had seen the home on Zillow for quite some time for a selling price of $850,000 before it dropped to $750,000. It was a dream home that was financially out of reach for our family. When the price fell to $750,000, we were excited but not hopeful to negotiate a price that would be within our price range. In fact, when we first talked to Bobby about the home, we knew it would be a long shot. He encouraged us to put a bid down for the house, and to our surprise, we were able to negotiate a purchase price of $715,000. Without Bobby's professionalism, persistence, and 24 hour work ethic, we can honestly say that we would not be the current owners of our dream home. We will recommend Bobby to our family and friends.

Bobby was simply an amazing person to deal with, flexible, available, helpful, dynamic and professional. He went beyond the call of duty, and treated us as if we were family. He always returned our phone calls, text messages and emails within minutes of us sending them. When we started our search, he was very organized, knowledgeable and understood our needs. He was never pushy but always available to answer our questions, give us estimates of sales around the area. He never backed down, even when we asked to see a home that had already accepted an offer. When we found our home, our sale was hindered by the sellers having never lived in the home, not living in the US and all going through a seller's agent that was less than helpful. He made the process efficient and without him, I sincerely believe the sale would have fallen through. He did all the paperwork via Docusign, and it was extremely professional, well done, we never missed a signature, while the sellers' Docusigns always seem to be missing something. Also, when we developed our buyer's requests, he supported us and fought for what we wanted and wrote an amazingly well done request form that included pictures of what needed repairs. He followed up himself on the repairs and made sure they were completed.
I recommend him without any reservation, and would not use anybody but him for any of my family, friends, and especially for myself.

I recently decided to sell my house in order to move to another neighborhood. This was my first home so I wasn’t quite sure of all that went into selling a house. I did know that selling my home was a major decision and I realized the importance of choosing the right broker. I have quite a few friends and acquaintances that are in the real estate business but Bobby stood out to me in several key aspects. Bobby and I have been friends since middle school so I trust him but just as important is the fact that he has always been reliable and has a very positive attitude. You don’t know the importance of these characteristics until you do business with someone lacking one of them. Bobby held multiple open houses and showed my home more times than I’m sure he cares to remember. He also accommodated my unique situation of having a dog and not having moved out of my house at the time of listing. He went out of his way to keep me apprised of the status of each buyer and his plan going forward. At the end of the day he was able to negotiate a sales price that I was extremely happy with and helped me through a smooth, on-time closing. I highly recommend Bobby to anyone – buyer or seller and look forward to working with him again.

Bobby is an amazing realtor that you will be extremely thankful you have. We met Bobby after reading reviews to find a good realtor. He lived up to all the 5 star reviews and we would give him 6 stars if we could. Bobby gave us great advice and always shared his refreshingly honest reviews and pro / con list of all the houses we looked at (there were many ??) What amazed us was his dedication to finding the “right house “ not just any house. He guided us along with future resale value advice, neighborhoods, and what to watch out for (cloud condo rules etc). We bought / sold a few houses in our life and have never had this level of experience. All the positive reviews are more than true. We could be considered by some “picky” but we like to think of it as “selective” and Bobby more than met all of our needs. During the offer and close process, Bobby was all over it making sure we had all the finer points right and to our advantage. Great realtor and great person.

Bobby is the ultimate professional. I have been looking for a home in La Jolla for four years, and Bobby was diligent and patient as each showing proved to not be what I was looking for. He was committed to finding a house that met ALL of my needs
and NEVER pushed me to make a deal. He was ALWAYS on my side. When the right home became available, he left no stone unturned and literally moved heaven and earth to finalize the deal to ensure my closing date was in a timely manner.

Bobby met my folks at an open house on their street a few years before we would need him to sell our parents' house. When the time came, we came to know him as a perfect blend of California chill and business acumen. His advice on upgrading and staging without going overboard, and on our selling price, was spot on. He got two offers the first week of active listing, encouraged us to push for a better deal, and managed the sale we agreed to through a near-effortless three-week cash escrow. We closed exactly on time. We especially appreciated his use of docu-sign to allow us to "keep the ball rolling" while we traveled and went about our usual routine. Bobby was professional, kind, considerate, persistent when needed, and informative when WE needed it. He got us the best price for our home, and made it as easy as possible, offering to take the trash out, to take keys over to the contractors, to meet with the inspectors, etc...

My wife and I just bought a house and sold a condo with Bobby Graham. In both transactions, Bobby was very accommodating, professional, and helpful. Any time we had a question, we knew that Bobby would be there to answer the phone and answer the question. We had some complications with the loans, which made the timeline extended. Throughout the ups and downs of loan completion, Bobby was persistent with the loan officer to make sure our escrow closed. This made us feel comfortable in an uncertain time. We will definitely use Bobby for any future real estate needs and will highly recommend him to our friends and family.

At the beginning of 2012, my wife and I were looking to purchase a home and found out about Bobby from a friend over 17 years. We didn't know where to start when choosing an agent so it was nice to have someone you trust give a good recommendation. One Saturday, Bobby reached out to us (my friend gave him my number with my permission) and wanted to know if I had any questions. He was not pushy and very positive from the get-go. He put us on lists with our specific home requirements in areas all over San Diego County from the luxury of an iPad after work. The site would allow us to make comments on our time and Bobby would ask if we wanted to see the homes. In one instance, when he wasn't available, he even set up a showing with his mother - also a real estate agent. In this instance, time was of the essence since the home was a short-sale.

After expressing our interest in the listing, Bobby immediately went to work to get our offer in with the sellers agent. They already had received offers but Bobby was able to get our offer accepted and negotiate a price less than the listing! We were shocked as this was the first and only offer we put on a home but we knew we wanted that one.

All in all the shortsale took approximately 6 months due to issues outside of Mr. Graham's control. However, he would provide updates, even at times when there wasn't much of an update. At no time did his enthusiasm wane or was he unavailable to answer any questions we had.

If you are looking for an excellent agent that is from the area and is willing to go the extra mile, give Bobby a call. You will be pleasantly surprised.

**Updated post**
It has been 10 years since the original post and we are still enjoying our home. A lot has changed, and we are still very happy with the home. I'm glad we made the move and happy to see Bobby expanding his reach to more in the community. Go Mr. Graham - The Real Estate Man!

Being my first experience buying a home, I was incredibly fortunate to have Bobby as my real estate agent. He is familiar with all of the San Diego area as he grew up in city and was able to help me in particular because the condo I purchased is within the same area as his. I recently had the pleasure of working with Bobby to find and purchase my first home. As a first time home-buyer I knew almost nothing about the process and decisions. I had an amazing experience working with Bobby. He was very patient with me, looking at many, many different properties as I tried to narrow down my idea of what I wanted to buy. Every time I found properties that I wanted to see, he was ready the next day with appointments. I finally found a place that I loved but another offer was accepted the next day. Bobby kept in contact with the selling agent and was the first to find out when the other offer fell through. As a member of the military, moving my family from place to place every three or so years is the norm. This requires dealing with Realtors every time we move. Now normally, whenever we have dealt with a Realtor, it was like dealing with a car dealer. I say "normally" because when we chose Bobby to be our Realtor for our upcoming move he broke that paradigm. Bobby showed a genuine interest in finding the perfect home for us. He went to great lengths to show us all the options that were available. Knowing we have two school-aged children he took the initiative and researched which neighborhoods were in the best school districts. Now that is personal service and professionalism at its finest. Bobby found us our house of our dreams. Nobody else would’ve found this home. Bob went to the community we were searching in and let all the agents know he was looking for us.
