I have known and worked with Bobby for nearly 5 years - ever since we moved to NJ to find our first property here. He goes out of his way to keep in touch and is very welcoming with an incredible and vibrant personality. He recently sold that same property within a week and over market value!

Bobby was always available, even when I wasn’t necessarily looking at the time for real estate, but simply curious about the market. He knows this area and the state of the market very intimately and can talk about this stuff at length - genuinely passionate about his work. I cannot give enough praise for Bobby Johnson and his sales team at Liberty Realty. After holding my property for over 30 years, I was considering selling but didn't think it would garner much gain after taxes. He contacted me every couple of months with information regarding the condition of the market. His information kept me from selling to a neighbor at a price well below market and led me to list the property with him. Once he had my listing, he invested in professional photos, floor plans and an advertising campaign. He priced my property well and it attracted attention and multiple offers quickly. If you are in the market without Bobby Johnson by your side, you are in the wrong market! I first hired Bobby to help rent my Jersey City condo after a nationally known real estate company let it sit empty for 6 months without a successful showing. It took Bobby only 7 days to find a 4-year tenant.

When I made the emotional decision to sell my gorgeous condo, located in a highly coveted building, I had many realtors reach out to get the gig. I listened to all of them tell me why they were the best to sell my space, while Bobby made it clear how he would represent my best interest and be my partner throughout the process. No hard sell, no intangible promises. Instead Bobby reviewed his record with me, landed on what he knew was the right listing price, and made sure I had great contacts to fix any little issues that could hinder a great showing.

Bobby had 13 offers in 4 days landing at $36k over asking. His integrity throughout the closing process was so important to me. He never let a call, text or email go unanswered no matter the time of day or night.

Bobby has been my realtor for a number of years now. He initially helped us quickly lease out a rental property I had in West New York. both times the process was extremely smooth, various interested parties, got good tenants and the lease price was at market. Very happy.

Most recently he also helped me sell that same property as it became increasingly hard to manage it while living out of New Jersey. The service from Bobby was top notch. Excellent advertising of the unit with professional photos, great listing price and we got various offers.
