My husband and I have had the privilege of working with Bobby as first-time home buyers and we are fans for life! To say he is the ultimate professional would be an understatement. We reached out in the middle of February 2020 to start our home-buying journey, and we were signing the paperwork for our new home not more than a month later. The entire process from start to finish was effortless, all thanks to Bobby and his team, as well as our loan agent, Kris Steele. From our first point of contact to now, 9 months after we closed on our home, Bobby has been quick to respond (literally within 5 minutes in most cases), quick to help provide his professional advice and personal advice (SO helpful when you have no clue what you’re doing), has any reference you could possibly need (ie: who to call for a large mirror installation; who to call to get your hardwood floors refinished; how to think through long-term property implications when the city approaches you about needing to start a project on your property); and much, much more. Working with Bobby is truly like working with family, in the best way! You know you’re being taken care of, he has your best interest in mind, and we trust anyone he puts us in touch with. Give him a call if you’re overwhelmed with the home-buying process and don’t know where to start. Bobby will not only do everything he can to get you in a home you love, makes sense financially, and is a good investment, but he’s truly become a friend that we lean on when looking for advice from someone we trust with anything regarding our home or property. I've been in the mortgage business for 17+ years and I've worked with many buyer and listing agents. Bobby Sisk happened to be the listing agent on a home we purchased in May of 2019. The transaction went according to plan and we were in our house with no problems. Upon closing on our home, we received a robust 2-10 warranty that was conveyed at closing from the sellers of the home. We didn't need to use that warranty until last week, almost a year later. When we called to set up a claim, we were made aware the seller either didn't finish paying for the plan and that it was partially paid for. Understanding how hectic moving can be, I could see how this was overlooked when the transfer was supposed to happen. I reached out to Bobby with the information from 2-10, he was SUPER responsive and delivered the remaining balance that was due to my doorstep within 2 days. I was blown away by how quick he rectified the situation. That right there is a true testament of the character of a real estate agent, when they resolve issues WELL after the closing. He could have easily not responded or blown me off but he didn't. Thank you Bobby. I would recommend Bobby to anyone in the market to sell or purchase a home.
