Bonnie Batterson was born and raised in the Valley of the Sun and still calls the West Valley home. Bonnie has been in the Real Estate industry her entire adult life, first starting as a loan processor before getting her Appraisal license and owning a successful Appraisal firm for over 17 years.
In 2009 Bonnie began her career in Residential Real Estate, applying a lifetime of experience with her love of making a house a home. Bonnie’s approach to Real Estate allows her to connect on a personal level with her clients and truly listen to their wants and needs. Her attention to detail allows her to match her clients to the perfect home. Her communication and negotiation skills allow her to obtain the best price possible. Bonnie has been able to build a referral network of clients who trust her with the biggest purchase of their lives and happy to refer her to family and friends.
Bonnie has been married to her husband Elmer for 35 years, she has 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. When she is not working with clients Bonnie can usually be found outdoors camping or trail riding with her family. She loves decorating, antiquing shopping & estate sales and is often asked by friends and family to help them redecorate a room.
